Recruitment Service
Trobius Limited is able to provide a free-of –charge recruitment service to Employers within Norfolk. This service is available as a result of the European Social Funded (ESF) activities carried out by Trobius throughout the county.
What we offer:

- Liaison Service for Interview arrangements
- Work Trials (see below)
Due to our extensive Candidate base we are able to match employment vacancies to those Candidates who have relevant skills and experience.
What we require of you:
- Full written Job Description and Skills requirement
- Reasonable timeframe in which to undertake a Candidate Search
- Interview feedback for all interviewees
- Formal confirmation of employment once the Candidate starts
Recruitment Service - Work Trials
We understand that it is not always easy to find the right person for the right job. Our Candidates are available for Work Trials allowing you, the employer, to assess their competence in the role prior to offering the position on a permanent basis. The maximum period allowed for a Work Trial is one month. In return we expect the Work Trial period to count as probationary time served if the Candidate is employed.

- Full written Job Description and Skills requirements
- Reasonable timeframe in which to undertake a Candidate Search

- A commitment to provide feedback on performance during Work Trial
Work Placements
Work Placements allow our Candidates to gain recent work experience at the same time as giving your business an additional competent resource. Our Candidates are available for Work Placements for up to a maximum of 29 hours per week. We will market the Placement opportunity using our Candidate base and proffer suitable Candidates for the Placement based on the description of your requirement. We will pay travel expenses for our Candidates whilst on Work Placement.

- Full written Placement Description to include:
- Skills requirement
- Duration and Hours

- Assurances from the Employer regarding the Health, Safety and Welfare of our Candidates whilst on a Work Placement
- A commitment to provide feedback on performance during Work Placement
