However ideal applicants will have experience in a sales or customer service environment, ideally with a successful track record of working to targets. Applicants must be very confident in their communication skills and their ability to influence people through building a natural rapport. Must also be able to demonstrate tenacity and resilience in order to achieve targets. Candidates must have a good level of education, ideally with English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent). Overall they are seeking sales focussed individuals with a real desire to suceed.The working hours are 37.5 per week spread across a rolling shift pattern of 7.5 hours a day within call centre opening hours which are currently: 8am to 9pm Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm Sat, 10am – 4pm Sun. Shifts are on a rota basis pre-agreed 1 month in advance so applicants will need to be flexible in respect of hours of work. |
