No previous experience required but applicants must be willing to attend a training course which includes practical and theory. If successful this will result in a recognised butchery qualification.
This job will be based in a meat processing factory.
Duties to include being taught to bone and cut carcass meat, sausage making, bacon curing and slicing, intake packing and distribution.
35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 6am-4pm, Saturday 7am-11pm
