Receptionist/Administrator – Norwich

Receptionist/Administrator required to provide and maintain an efficient reception/switchboard service at our office in Norwich, together with providing an administrative support.

Duties : Answer the switchboard politely and redirect calls to correct people within given service levels. Greet visitors in a professional manner, and announce their arrival to relevant people.

Other general administrative tasks including faxing, photocopying, data input, maintaining work/teff records and filing.

A minimum of 1 years experience working in a similar capacity.

37.5 hours per week, working 9am to 5.30pm Monday – Friday.

Salary : £13,500 per annum
