Receptionist/Administrator

Duties : Welcoming visitors, answering the telephone, dealing with general queries, booking of meeting rooms & conference rooms, dealing  with incoming and outgoing post, book couriers, taxi cars & hire cars, filing and general administration duties.

Must have good communication skills, excellent organisational skills, previous relevant receptionist skills & be IT literate.

Salary : £14,000 to £18,000 per annum
