Head of Research Computing – Norwich
A university in Norfolk is seeking an IT research professional to lead the development and delivery of new research.
Salary: £37,657 – £43,622 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time
The research computing support service will work closely with researchers and administrators with calculating costs for grant requests.
The support service will cover access grid, grid computing, research storage, computer code application development, code optimisation, local eScience cluster support, and will improve access to national resources.
An IT related degree or equivalent experience is essential.
