Gardener/Driver – Norwich
Gardener required for care home to maintain the gardens and grounds of the home.
The main responsibilities and duties of the post are to plan programmes of work to ensure lawns are cut, planting of trees, shrubs and flowers when needed. Pathways and patios are well kept ensuring safety of staff and residents and to encourage resident involvements in gardening activities as and when appropriate.
General driving duties will also be required.
Previous qualifications are therefore not required, however experience within a similar role is desirable.
Ability to work well within a team as well as on your own initiative is essential.
