Previous experience is essential as is recognised basic food hygiene qualification and a practical knowledge of HACCP.
Duties will include preparing and cooking meals from a set menu, keeping kitchen clean and tidy and any associated tasks as required.
30-40 hours per week, 5 days from 7, between 8am & 11pm.
£6.00 per hour depending on experience.
